About the Role: 
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to support and grow Hashout’s business across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets. This role is ideal for someone early in their enterprise sales career who has strong communication skills, experience engaging international clients and a willingness to develop deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and Technical Documentation Solutions. 
  
You will work as part of a high-growth Adobe Specialized Partner trusted by global companies such as Workday, Citrix (CSG), LinkedIn, Informatica and Marvell Semiconductors. The role involves prospecting, nurturing qualified leads, supporting account growth and coordinating with Adobe’s ANZ field teams. 
  
Working in ANZ business hours is mandatory for this role. 
  
Key Responsibilities: 
  
Sales Development and Pipeline Building 
Prospect and qualify new opportunities across Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Commerce and AEM Guides in the ANZ region. 
Build and manage a strong top-of-funnel pipeline through targeted outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, partner alignment). 
Conduct research on target industries, accounts and stakeholders to support account penetration. 
  
Account Support and Coordination 
Support senior sales leaders with opportunity management, including preparing pitch decks, value briefs and internal coordination. 
Assist in account farming activities by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing ANZ clients. 
Maintain consistent communication with Adobe Account Executives and Partner Managers in ANZ. 
  
Pre-Sales and Presentation Support 
Participate in discovery calls and document customer needs and priorities. 
Support the creation of proposals, RFP responses, solution briefs and workshop materials. 
Deliver introductory solution presentations with support from architects and pre-sales teams. 
 
Process, Reporting and Collaboration 
Maintain accurate CRM entries, pipeline hygiene, and weekly reporting. 
Collaborate effectively with marketing, pre-sales, design and delivery teams to move deals forward. 
Share market insights gained from ANZ customer interactions and partner conversations. 
  
  
Ideal Candidate Profile: 
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, business development or early-stage enterprise sales. 
  • Mandatory: Ability and willingness to work full ANZ business hours from India. 
  • Experience selling to or supporting sales in ANZ, US or EMEA markets from India is a strong advantage. 
  • Exposure to Digital Experience platforms, SaaS solutions or Technical Documentation tools (AEM, AEP, Commerce, AEM Guides, CCMS/DITA) is preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in remote enterprise environments. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Australia and New Zealand for customer meetings and events. 
  • Highly motivated, coachable and driven to grow into a senior enterprise sales role.
