About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organised, and execution-driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing team across website management, digital marketing, social media content, event support, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a startup SaaS marketing team or a digital marketing agency, understands fast-paced environments, and can independently drive tasks with attention to detail and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Content Execution
  • Coordinate updates to website content including pages, blogs, case studies, and capability summaries.
  • Work closely with design and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely publishing.
  • Support SEO-aligned content improvements and maintain consistency across web assets.


Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Draft, refine, and schedule posts, announcements, and brand content.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to support content and campaign strategy.
  • Create one-pagers, pitch decks, and marketing collateral to support brand visibility and the sales pipeline.

Events & Brand Visibility
  • Support planning and execution of workshops, internal sessions, and external brand events.
  • Assist with logistics, coordination, and on-ground setup when required.
  • Prepare event briefs, documentation, and post-event summaries.

Marketing Operations & Research
  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, content repositories, and reporting dashboards.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support the marketing strategy and leadership decisions.
  • Prepare structured meeting notes, follow-ups, and internal communication updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or content execution.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace, and familiarity with digital/social platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Basic understanding of SEO, marketing analytics, or performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar.
